Description

Move IAM seeding job from portal backend repo to portal-iam repository

A prerequisite of the move is to publish the Keycloak library to nuget to be able to use the package then in the portal-iam repository.

Relates to:
eclipse-tractusx/portal-iam#88
eclipse-tractusx/portal-iam#87
