Set JWT-selection as default option when creating a VC

Description

MIW supports JSON-LD and JWT as credential formats. The desired format can be selected when placing the request. If not specified, the default option is JSON LD at the moment.

As the required format for VCs is the JWT format, the default option should be used for JWT.
