Support mermaid diagrams in arc42 documentation

As developer,
I want to have support for mermaid diagrams in arc42 documentation ,
so that I can use mermaid diagrams without manual conversion (e.g. when moving the diagrams from concept to documentation when a concept is implemented). At the moment we have to convert mermaid diagrams to use them in arc42 documentation (adoc-format) which is a waste of time.
