Orchestrator API: Setup new API Library

Since we will have a new orchestrator application which exposes an API that will be used by other BPDM services, we should create a new API library for it. Analogous to the BPDM Pool and Gate this library should include the API definitions as well as client functionality to invoke such an API. The API can then be used by the Orchestrator for implementing the API; also it can be used by the Pool, Gate and other applications to use it as a client library.

Tasks

• Setup new Spring API library skeleton analogous to Pool API and Gate API module
• Reference that API in Orchestrator module
