Current Behavior

When querying legalforms over the GET legal-forms endpoint a 500 error is returned.

Expected Behavior

A paginated list of legal forms is returned.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create legal forms before the migration to GLEIF legal forms
  2. Perform the migration to add GLEIF legal forms
  3. Execute the GET legal-forms qeury
