Feature Request

Enables creation/update of VC into Identity Hub using the identity APIs.

Which Areas Would Be Affected?

Identity APIs.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

As of today there is no VC issuance flow defined in the DCP spec, making impossible the insertion of VC into the Identity Hub at run time.

Solution Proposal

Adds POST/PUT endpoint to the VC identity APIs.
