Ditto release 3.3.0 planning

It has already been 3 months since the last Ditto release, so let's discuss on the upcoming Ditto minor release, 3.3.0.

Namely:

• Support replacing certain json objects in a merge/patch command instead of merging their fields #1593
• When PATCHing a Thing, it should also be possible to implicitly convert to "Create Thing" if thing is not yet existing #1614
• Provide option to skip a modification in the "twin" if the value "is equal" #1524
• Devops API swagger #1623
• UI - Build UI with esbuild #1630
• Provide Helm chart in Ditto repository #1635
• Improve DittoProtocol MessagePath to be aware of message subject #1641
• Thing API does not support alternative way of specifying list query parameters #1644
• Fix WoT dispatcher starvation by adding timeouts to fetch models #1658

Some PRs are still waiting for approval, would be good to get those ;)

In my opinion that is again enough for a minor release. Good features and improvements contained ..
What do you think?
Can we plan the release for lets say next week?

@thjaeckle Sure, I will check the issue that are left the review and run the system tests.
Other than that I see no problems with doing the release next week :)
