We need some way in the IDE to show progress analog to what the maven plugin does today. Ideally, we could move the existing support (shows progress in the bottom statusbar) to the lsp plugin and adapt it to work with whatever comes out of eclipse-jdtls/eclipse.jdt.ls#404.
Even if the details of filtering, etc are unclear, we could make some start on this.
