Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

It's useful that minikube/minishift has dashboard command that opens dashboard URL in the default browser.
In case of Che, to find a URL of Che I have to get Che Ingress/Route.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be cool if chectl provides command like dashboard or server:dashboard that will open Che Ingress/Route URL.
