Describe the feature request

this will work inside the ARS system. the room relocator. This will be a button to allow rooms to be moved it will take 100% of normal atron cost to move the room, the room will be varifiyed it was not mined out ( same % used when changing desktops ) if the room is at an acceptable % the rooms doors will lock making it inaccessable. ( break the redstone dust and make all blocks in tthe chunk tardis protected blocks so if the room moving is stopped they cant mine out both rooms ) the new room will grow in the location expected. then a teleport will happen just as if you was farming the mobs. this will move the mobs to the new room. then the old room would automaticly jettison. the room growth would happen just as any other room would grow it would just basicly move the room and mobs inside to a new location in the tardis

This Will NOT Track Custom Modifications or chest inside the room it will only build a new room with the items from the existing room

Describe alternatives you've considered

when a room is jettison have a check to the blocks that are in the chunk and automaticly condence the blocks this way blocks missing are not giving atron but allows the rooms to be moved without incuraging players to mine out the rooms by hand
