Taquito already supports getDelegates and getBlockMetadata in RpcClient, the response type need update as below due to AI and DAL

  • getDelegates rpc response type with new field pending_denunciations & min_delegated_in_current_cycle

moved to issue#2882 along with dal rpc type changes
getBlockMetadata rpc response type with new field “dal_attestation” confirmed by François Thiré in proto-ecosystem channel
