Make all the fields mentioned in #10 #31 visible and editable in http://ebolageonode.org/admin/layers/layer/

Put in red the cells where metadata is missing

@state-hiu we need to monkey patch layers/admin.py to do this. Want to try to do this together?

The monkeypatch didnt work that well. The abstract and the Data Quality Statement are not editable ad the License and Country/Region do not show the dropdown. Will have to revisit this.

Might be good to figure out how to do more customization of this page the right way in 2.4
