Packaging/Using version 2.11.0 of xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar in the OAI Toolkit importer scripts seems to have solved issues on the CARLI server, but doesn't seem to have had much impact in the Rochester environment. This change was released in version 1.0.2 of the OAI Toolkit.
