While the OAI server does allow the use of a configurable delimiter in the OAIToolkit.server.properties file, the importer does not. The importer gets its configuration from OAIToolkit.xcoaiid.properties file, which does not parse a oaiIdentifierDelimiter parameter (like its OAIToolkit.server.properties file counterpart). This means that the only delimiter supported properly is the colon (which I believe is by far the most common).
