According to the OPD Report Requirements,
5. Active Diagnosis, primary and secondary, from the visit.

We are currently displaying all diagnoses of the patient, instead of only diagnoses recorded during the visit.

Also, the diagnoses are displayed in two places on the report:

  • On the patient summary, and
  • On the latter part of the report.
