Gaia has migrated to Ubuntu images for their testnet. This note at their dockerfile mentions the reasoning, but haven't found any additional documentation whether they stumbled any other issues.

# Changed from Alpine to Ubuntu because the keyring PR is linking to libc
# Alpine uses muslc instead of libc
