Thank you for this very helpful extension!
I just set it up with my nextcloud instance and account and noticed that I was not asked for my second authentication factor (OTP). To my surprise, it still worked and downloaded the file I clicked.
Is this intended behavior? How can it just bypass the activated 2FA?

This sounds strange, usually you should have to provide an App password if you enabled 2FA for any tool that doesn't support 2FA. I will have to take a look into this.
