After building and packing Win32 binary it's crashing with message:
Assertion failed: Offset >= 0 [File:D:\Build++UE4+Release-4.16+Compile\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\PakFile\Private\IPlatformFilePak.cpp] [Line: 148] &nl;&nl;

Issue rises when packaging for Win32. 64 bit version seems to be compiling just fine
