No need to disable is as I added required capabilities in the SystemD unit file:

infra/ansible/roles/vault/files/vault.service

Line 33 in dfd4728

LimitMEMLOCK=infinity

and

infra/ansible/roles/vault/files/vault.service

Line 19 in dfd4728

Capabilities=CAP_IPC_LOCK+ep
