The description of twelve countries' healthcare's systems. How each handle different cases, how is it financed, how much it costs in total for each of the participants.

There's too much myth in this area.

This sounds great and it could pair well with a site focused on [[statistics]]. [[metasj]] might be able to point to existing [[underlays]] in this space.

Why twelve?

A rough estimate based on one chapter per country, half-dozen chapters for intro, conclusions and such, around 15-25 pages per chapter.
