The WebAssembly testsuite, currently, doesn't compile with wast2json at version 1.0.34 (still the latest release).
As soon as the next version of wabt will be released we should be able to remove those all around:

wabt 1.0.35 has been released, it should be possible to look into this now.

Rising priority as it's needed to implement the final version (and not a legacy one) of the exception handling proposal.
