Build not displaying presence of apex

Build is incorrectly reporting there is no apex or profiles in a package when it has both

case-management package created in 00:18:18

To Reproduce
Run orchestrator: build on a package that has apex

Expected behavior
Should report the presence of apex and profiles properly
