Switch2008.AddIn failed to load or caused an exception

I'm running Visual Studio 2008 SP1 9.0.30729.1 SP on Windows 7 SP1 and I just installed Switch 2.0. It displays a dialog box with

"The Add-in 'Switch' failed to load or caused an exception. Would you like to remove this Add-in? If you choose yes, the file it was loaded from, 'C:\Users\sbehnke\Documents\Visaul Studio 2008\Addins\Switch2008.AddIn', will be renamed.

The add-in loads without issue in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012. I wish I could get more information for you, but I can't find anything in the event log.

Thanks for letting me know about this one, I'll see if there's some way I can set the extension up to get more diagnostic information in cases like this - so unfortunately it looks like it'll be the next release before we can take this a step further
