Compiled HTML version gets cut off

Hey @dwightjack , loving this plugin but it seems that, when compiled the HTML gets cut off if it goes beyond a certain number of lines. My email, uncompiled was 350 lines and only a third or so was processed.

Hi,

I've tested the plugin against a 350+ long email and it got processed correctly.

Maybe moving to a custom ruby script in v0.2.0 solved the issue. Anyway I added a new test to prevent regression.

Please, see if with latest version your problem persists.
