I was wondering if I can add standard error bars to the visualize function? Was using it for both glm() and lm() models but se=T or se=F doesnt seem to work. Am I only able to use the se argument for the flexplot() function?

That's a tough one...the se argument is part of the method argument. When using the visualize function, it suppresses the method argument so it can show the line from the actual model, which means it also suppresses the se argument.
