Free agent marketplace

When free agents register, they can be given the option of adding their names to the free agent marketplace, along with a short bio (and maybe a link to their social media profile?)

When returning captains commit to playing (i.e. they assure us they are playing) and tell us if they are looking for players, we'll put them on the marketplace. Captains that don't need players, we don't need to supply links. Captains who do need players--how would a free agent contact that captain directly? Or should the free agent supply the contact info and the captain can reach out?

And then we can also do an open trial.
