Radical thought: Concord consumer

Hey everyone,

This is a radical idea, not expected to be simply received. I don't have a sense of how bad or good an idea this is, just tabling for discussion I guess.

Concord is emerging as a possible module standard that provides a sound foundation for higher-level:

• build systems
• package systems

Webpack 2 is committed to concord pending its [concords] design/spec completion.

So this issue is about discussing the merit or impossibility of powering duo off of concord. Initial touch point was here #338 (comment).
