MVP

This is the first deployment of the project to Heroku and MongoDB Atlas! There are the minimum required endpoints, testing, and API documentation for the application to function reasonably well. From here on out, changes will be pushed to Heroku after being tested on Travis CI. The development of the mobile application will also now start.
