token domains issue #180

token can be generated on many domain:
salesforce.com
force.com
salesforce-setup.com

so we need to get the last token. We have not expiration date on cookie...
So 2 solutions:

delete expired cookie browser.cookies.remove(detail) => bad idea
check all cookie for a list of domain
in fact, it will fix the prepare thrid party cookie migration #83
