Any plans to process declaration files? #5

Seems like this only processes the files with .js extensions but we also have some aliases in the declaration files.

Do you think we can add the https://github.com/Diullei/esprima-typeScript and also process the files with '.d.ts' extensions?

Created #6 if other folks are interested I can make it to handle some other cases, currently this PR works for me.
