Some log lines are truncated in GUI

We have encountered a situation where UI output has truncated the last few lines in the UI. We tried to debug a job where the critical info was left out. Perhaps EOF is not being read correctly? Uploaded are images of the UI showing missing lines and the actual job output for same job on server
