job import: threadcount does not get set #281

Import a job definition with a threadcount value, the new value is not set on the job.

Reproduce:

Create a job and enable node dispatch.
Set a threadcount value.
export as xml
modify xml and set threadcount to a different value
import the file

expectation:

the job is updated with the new threadcount

actual:

the job threadcount is not changed
