vue-lit 是一个创建具有响应式生命周期 web component 的框架，源码只有 70 行，背后采用 lit-html + @vue/reactivity 实现。

这次就介绍这 70 行源码，并引出背后这两个库的使用说明。

这两个库的源码放在以后的精读介绍。
