For privacy reasons, the address of the final destination address is not provided by the carriers' tracking APIs. However, Argo could still be enhanced to include the current status of the package (shipped, delivered, unknown).
As far as I know, the only time a full address can be found via a tracking code is from the code on a UPS Mail Innovations DataMatrix barcode. That barcode contains the recipient's street address and other information, including the USPS tracking code, separated with tabs.
Internally, it is sometimes possible for a USPS supervisor to find the destination address for a given tracking code, but that API is not available to the public.
Investigate whether sender/receiver address can be looked up on carrier's website using solely the tracking number.
