[BUG]: Custom generation of SQL migration for postgress won't update the snapshot.json

Describe the Bug

We have a situation where we need to generate a custom DB migration file. When creating the customized migration file we needed manually to update the snapshot.json to reflect the custom migration.

Expected behavior

I would expect to have another process to reflect the custom changes into the desired snapshot.json file
