Ionic detect if the subheader is actually visible #1351

When using ng-show to hide or show an subheader ionic always detect the subheader. Even if the ng-show is false, and the subheader is hidden.

Use ng-if instead.

Hmm, that won't work either.

You're right, this should be fixed.
