Select click issue

With a bare <select> element on my laptop (mouse events), I can't select any of the select options. Here is the tap debug output:

tapClick mouseup SELECT (79,208)
clickPrevent SELECT

The weird thing is I can't select any of the items if I use the keyboard and space/enter either....

Still not fixed for me…
If you edit codepen to use beta 4, you are still not able to select with mouse.

I can confirm this bug in beta 4. Can you reopen this issue?

I have noticed this bug on Firefox 29.0.1 at Windows and Ubuntu.
