Retrobar with Explorer Patcher, win+X and sound don't work #940

Windows 11, 23H2

When I switch on Retrobar, win+X no longer works (right-clicking Open Shell start menu doesn't bring it up either).

Also, the sound icon brings up the default Windows mixer instead of the Windows 7 one I selected
