Some strange apps come up in the task bar

so whenever I open it, these two weird apps come up in my task bar, when I try to close Windows Input Experience host here, it just creates a bunch of other apps with the same name or similar name. I can't close the nameless file explorer either. Is this intentional or somethings wrong here?
