-Drag and Drop to Quick Launch
-Lock/Unlock Taskbar (and dragging)
-XP-style taskbar animations
-Some way to bundle system tray icons with RetroBar themes

Would like to see the ability to have taskbar react to mouse like normal (as suggested in -Lock/Unlock Taskbar)
