upgrade-assistant 0.5.764 no longer works in non-interactive mode.

No upgrade-assistant.clef file is produced.

Describe the bug

Using the upgrade-assistant tool version 0.5.764 does not work using --non-interactive mode.
It will display a disclaimer about telemetry optout and display "Press any key to continue...".

Using upgrade-assistant version 0.5.711 seems to work fine however.

To Reproduce

Run the upgrade-assistant tool using --non-interacitve
