Likely caused by including calendar date detection in the DateTime parser. If that's the case I think might just want to take the regression.

This is caused by the addition of calendar date detection necessary for supporting DateOnly parsing. Unless there is some micro-optimization we could employ in the DateTimeParseData struct I think we should just close this.
