Description
I'm currently adding some signature files in a project that is slow to compile.
A particular file I'm investigating has over 4000 lines.
I see that my total type-check time for the file went up when I introduced the signature.
That is why I'd like to see what time it takes to ensure the impl/sig pair are matching.
