@brettfo, this fixes the badimage format exception you are seeing on the net50 PR.
Unfortunately I can't push to your PR, so you will have to merge this, and then try your PR again.
The issue is that the during a build the netsdk copies an apphost.exe to the output directory, and this then gets copied over fsi.exe and fsc.exe. I just set the switches that turns that off.
