Context

The source-mappings.json file defines exclusion filters for files we ingest in the VMR.
When we change these rules, the synchronization process follows the rules but does not remove/insert the newly ignored/included files.

Goal

We need to compare the rules before and after to tell how they changed during a particular sync and copy in the files from the repo where they started to be included and vice versa.
This means to list the files using git and the current rules and diff the lists.
