Example using Dataset/loader from scratch?

The examples all use premade data loaders from PyTorch which is convenient for the demos, but most applications involve loading data in from a different source. I just built the tensors from scratch but it would be handy to have an example that shows construction of a dataloader following the intended pattern. (bonus for F# :)
