Project Maintainers' Committee

We're kicking off the new Project Maintainer's Committee, co-chaired by @devlead and @rprouse. We're looking for members of the community to help the foundation support its member projects, everyone is welcome. Our intention for this group is to get suggestions from the community on how the foundation can better support its member projects. It is also intended to discuss potential board policies with maintainers and the community before they are implemented.
