Issue: Commands are off, Windows does not use the python3 command
Fixes: Replace all "python3" commands with "py"

As far as I understand, this was fixed at least on this page: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/installer-guide/windows-install.html#downloading-macos

This is not the best solution, as Python installed from MS Store uses python3. Best solution is to point that out to ensure users use py instead..
