Option to not determine the style of whitespace_ops_in_indices

I want an option nothing for whitespace_ops_in_indices because some people use both with and without spaces appropriately. For example, for short and obvious indices: [1:end-1] but for long and complex indices: [bi.offset + bi.avail + 1].
