Display source location for bad trace region #152

It would be super helpful to see the source location (not just the goroutine number) when gotraceui fails to parse invalid regions.

I've executed in delve to try to figure what goroutine 6320 is, but apparently that information is not always available in delve.

For applications with a lot of goroutines and many trace regions it's a pain to track this down.
